How It’s Made
From Sketch to Showroom
Every FunFizz toy passes through the same four stages at our manufacturing unit in Morbi, Gujarat.

Concepts are sketched, modelled and prototyped in-house until the proportions and ergonomics suit a small child.

Moulding & Assembly
Bodies are moulded from durable, child-friendly polymer, then assembled and finished at our unit in Morbi.

Quality Check
Fitment, wheels, joints, paint and electricals are inspected before a unit is cleared for packing.
